Seasonal Room Rate

All room rates are per room/night in twin/double occupancy exclusive of all taxes, applicable according to the season indicated.

Terms and Conditions

• These rates are for 1 night Excluding Luxury Tax.
• Check-in 12 Noon /Check out 11 am.
• Breakfast is Complementary.
• Complimentary accommodation for upto 2 children below 7 years
• Children between 7 years and 12 years are charged INR 500- per child per night
• Any extra occupant above 12 years, will be charged INR 800 - per pax per night
• A maximum of two adults + two children (up to 12 years) or a maximum of three adults are permitted in a room
• Basic homely Veg/Non-Veg Dinner/Lunch will be provided - INR 200 will be charged per person per meal.
• Barbeque candle light dinner - INR 350 per person
• Booking can be confirmed by remitting at least 50% of the total amount to the below account.
• Remaining amount should be paid on or before the day of Arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Full amount will be refunded if cancelled before 14 days of check-in date.
• 50% refund if cancelled within 14 days and 7 days before check-in date.
• No refund if cancelled within 2 days of the check-in date

• Two Rooms in the First Floor have wooden flooring, wooden ceiling, with common deck space
• Two Rooms in the Ground Floor have wooden flooring, private balcony
• Three rooms are facing cardamom plantation
• Each room have Twin/Double bed, wooden wardrobe, designed dining table, reading table, designed coffee table, and luggage stand
• Open Deck space under the pergola in the upstairs with chairs and table for reading, relaxing and dining
