Extra occupancy:

• Children below 6yrs old : Complementary
• Extra child between 6 -12 years with food & extra mattress @ INR 3,200/- per night per child on APAI.
• Extra child between 6 -12 years with only food @ INR 1500/- per night per child
• Extra child above 12yrs / adult with food & extra mattress @ INR 4,480/- per night per Adult on APAI.

Permitted Occupancy:

• Kaffa:- A maximum of two adults and 02 children below 12 Yrs are allowed to occupy a Kaffa.
• Qhava:- A maximum of two adults and 02 children below 12 Yrs are allowed to occupy a Qhava.
• Fika:- A maximum of 6 adults and 06 children below 12 Yrs are allowed to occupy a Fika (Presidential Suite )
• ** Note : We can put 01 extra bed in each room if required.

Cancellation Policy:

• Confirmed dates / days may be altered, cancelled or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches the company, 30 days prior to the check in date.
• 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is effected between 16 & 28 days prior to the check in date.
• No refund/ No postponement if the cancellation is effected 15 days prior to the check in date.
