Permitted Occupancy:

• Kaffa:- A maximum of two adults and 02 children below 12 Yrs are allowed to occupy a Kaffa.
• Qhava:- A maximum of two adults and 02 children below 12 Yrs are allowed to occupy a Qhava.
• Fika:- A maximum of 6 adults and 06 children below 12 Yrs are allowed to occupy a Fika (Presidential Suite )

Cancellation Policy:

• Confirmed dates / days may be altered, cancelled or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches the company, 30 days prior to the check in date.
• 50% refund will be issued if the cancellation is effected between 16 & 28 days prior to the check in date.
• No refund/ No postponement if the cancellation is effected 15 days prior to the check in date.
