Wildlife Tour

Being the very first wildlife adventure resort in this part of Nagarahole National Park we have the experience to conduct wildlife tours at appropriate timings, marked routes, and predetermined spots for wildlife viewing, bird watching, and studying of habitat etc. Our drivers are well trained and local inhabitants and have this extra sense to spot/locate animals/birds

NOTE: &Guests also have the option of using own vehicle and going out on this tour. Please ensure all rules set forth my forest department are strictly followed once inside the national park. Any act against the rules can lead to confiscation of the vehicle and arrest. Jungle Inn will not take any responsibility in such incidents.

Eco Tour

We organize visits to tribal settlements, Tibetan settlements and monasteries, coffee plantations in Coorg which gives our guests a chance to interact with these people and study their culture.

Jeep Safari to Wayanad

Long safaris by jeeps will be provided for guests who wish to spend a longer time in the wild. Safaris to Tolpetty in Wayanad Reserve Forest (Kerala) would take approximately 4 hours and involves about 1 ½ hour ride through the mud tracks of the forest

Rafting and Rappelling

We organize white water rafting in Coorg during July-September. Still water rafting, coracle ride, speed boat ride in Hairige Lake, which is relatively close to the resort. Rappelling and rock climbing can be organized with advance notice.

Trekking

Trekking is arranged to Irpu Waterfalls and Brahmagiri Ranges upon request. A Forest Department Guide accompanies the trekkers for the Brahmagiri trek and advance notice is necessary.

Boating

Boating in Kabini backwaters is possible provided we have advance intimation/reservation to obtain a Forest Department Permit.

Leisure

For those who want to take it easy, could try light activities such as coracle ride, bicycle ride on the fringes of the forest, and watching birds in and around the resort area.
