Resort Policy:
- The Primary Guest check in must be at least 18 years of age. Children accompanying adults must be between 1-12 years.
- It is mandatory for all guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check in. Pan Card is not considered as a valid photo identity in terms of Hotel/Resort check in.
- The inclusion of Extra Bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an Extra Bed.
- Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the resort.
- The standard check in time is 1 PM local time and the standard check out time is 11 AM local time.
- It will be at the discretion of Trivik Chikmagalur to lay a Buffet or offer TDH/Alacarte menu.
- The Resort reserves the Right of Admission. Accommodation can be denied to guest posing as a 'couple' if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check in.
- Right of admission reserved.
- Booking cannot be cancelled on or after the check in date and time mentioned in the Resort Confirmation Voucher.
Resort Cancellation Policy:
- Confirmed dates/days may be altered, cancelled or cut short only if intimation in writing reaches the company within the below mentioned period respectively.
- Cancellation policy for bookings less than 10 Rooms:
- 30 days prior to the check in date, 100% refund of the package value.
- 15 days prior to the check in date, 80% refund of the package value.
- Within 15 days prior to the check in date, no refund.
- Cancellation policy for bookings of 10 Rooms and above (Groups):
- 30 days prior to the check in date, 100% refund of the package value.
- Within 30 days prior to the check in date, no refund.
- No Refund in case of NO SHOW.
