Note:

1. Tariffs are per person per night on twin-sharing basis
2. Transfers to & from our resorts are not included in the tariff.
3. Single occupancy charges at an additional of Rs.1600.
4. Tariff for Children (accompanying parents) between 5 and 10 years is 50% of actual.
5. Any food, snacks, beverages or mineral water outside the 3 meals will be chargeable on actual.

PAYMENT RULES & REGULATIONS

• Full payment needs to be made in order to guarantee your reservation
• Bookings made without payment, will be held purely on a tentative basis

PAYMENT MODES

• Payment can be made in cash or by way of Demand Draft (DD) favouring Vana payable at Bangalore and courier the same to our Head office : No.26,12th Cross Begur Road ,Hongasandra, Bangalore : 560 068
• You may also do a money transfer to our Current Account
• We also accept credit card payment, when presented personally at our Resort. Additional 2.5% bank charges will be levied on the same

CANCELLATION RULES

• 50% of tariff for cancellation less than two weeks and prior to two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
• No refund or cancellation less than two working days before check-in date (not inclusive of the check-in date)
