• Compulsory Festive Gala Dinner Charges Per person is Rs. 2000/- for Christmas Eve & Rs. 2500/- for New Year Eve. Child between 6 to 12 Yrs. would be charged @ 50% of Adult rate.
• Usage of Tea/Coffee maker machine in the room replenished once a day.
• Usage of Swimming Pool, Gymnasium & Recreation.
• Live entertainment at designated venue, decided by the Management.
• Extension of package stay on pro-rata basis.

• Happy Hours at "Curry Leaf Bar" starting from 16th Oct. to 31st March 2014, for two hours with unlimited house brand drinks (Not applicable on 25th Dec. and 31st Dec. 2013.)
• One full day Sightseeing covering Fort Aguada, Anjuna Beach & Vagator Beach in the morning & Dona-Paula, Panjim shopping & Boat cruise on River Mandovi in the evening subject to weather condition.
• Live entertainment at designated venue decided by Management

• Buffet Break Fast and Dinner in one of our Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Happy Hours at "Curry Leaf Bar" starting from 16th Oct. to 31st March 2014, for two hours with unlimited house brand drinks (Not applicable on 25th Dec. and 31st Dec. 2013.)

Additional Charges for:

• Extra mattress @500/- per night. And extra bed @ 1000/- per night.
• Child below 6 years is complimentary to share parent's room with no extra mattress.
• Child between 6 years to 12 years is chargeable @ 30% of the package and extra adult @ 40% of the pkg.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of confirmed booking 15 days before arrival date 100% refund.
• Cancellation of confirmed booking on week before arrival date 50% refund on total pkg.
• There will be no refund for NO Show without intimation to the hotel reservation.
• There will be no cancellation or refund against confirmed booking for peak period i.e. from 23rd December till 3rd January
• All refund will be made by cheques only.
