* Cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of total nights reserved or 3 nights retention charges whichever is higher.

Cancellation made less than 6 days to day and time of check in and NO SHOWS:

* Cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total nights reserved.

Cancellation/ No Show will attract 100% retention charges for all days reserved (for the number of rooms booked) at confirmed rate. Once reserved; no cancellation will be entertained.
